Briifd provides PR coverage analysis and reporting tools. Our service allows you to organize media coverage, analyze sentiment, and generate reports for your clients.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our prices with 30 days notice.

6. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your account will be limited.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to our service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the service to you.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Briifd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
